4 – UNFORTUNATELY due to circumstances beyond our control, online payment will not be possible at this time. PAYMENT for your items will occur when you arrive to pick them up. If you require further support or clarification regarding your winning bid please contact info@rotaryauctions.ca.

Payment must be made by: Visa, MasterCard or cash, unless otherwise arranged with the Auction Committee, cheques will not be accepted. Visa and MasterCards will be processed by machine at the warehouse pick-up location.

PICK-UP LOCATION: 86 Wilson Street, Oakville, ON
This building is directly behind the Kopriva-Taylor Funeral Home. Wilson Street is located south of Lakeshore Road, just east of Kerr Street.

Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Wednesday, November 25, 2009 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Thursday, November 26, 2009 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Saturday, November 28, 2009 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm FINAL PICKUP DATE

PLEASE NOTE: The Rotary Auction Pick-up Centre is NOT wheelchair accessible. The pick-up location has 16 wide steps. If mobility is an issue and you are the successful bidder of an item please contact the 2009 Rotary Auction Committee by email to info@rotaryauctions.ca to make alternative arrangements and/or to have a Rotarian meet you at the pick-up location at the bottom of the stairs to help facilitate pick-up of items.
